If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be unused and in original condition
• Include the original storage case and packaging
• Be free of stains, odors, damage, or signs of use
For hygiene reasons, used travel pillows cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos or videos showing the issue
Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method.
Please allow:
• 5–10 business days for processing
• Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived defective
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Used items
• Washed items
• Promotional or sale items
• Gift cards
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing or shipping has started.
Product Shape Notice
Due to compressed packaging and memory foam material, slight wrinkles or shape variations after unpacking are normal and are not considered defects.
The pillow will naturally regain its shape over time.
Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages
SWISA is not responsible for packages returned due to:
• Incorrect shipping information
• Failed delivery attempts
• Unclaimed packages
Additional reshipping fees may apply.
