About Us

SWISA Travel makes travel essentials for the uncomfortable parts of a journey — the upright seat on a long-haul flight, the overnight train, the hotel bed you did not choose. We design a small, deliberate range rather than a large one, and we would rather tell you exactly what something is made of than tell you a story about it.

What we make

Everything we sell falls into three groups.

Travel neck pillows

Four memory foam pillows with cool-touch modal covers, each solving a different problem. The Velura™ IceSilk Travel Pillow has a front chin panel so your head does not drop forward. The AeroWrap™ wraps around with raised sides and an adjustable front, and fits necks from 32 to 48 cm. The AERLUX™ IceSilk Neck Pillow is the fullest 360° shape. The Lunara™ PackFold Pillow is our smallest, with a drawstring front you tighten to your own neck. Every one of them removes its cover for washing and compresses into an included zip case.

Travel essentials

The small things that decide how a trip feels: the AirRest™ 3D Sleep Mask, with moulded eye cavities that block light without pressing on your eyelids; the SWISA™ Disposable Travel Bedding Set and PureDry™ Disposable Travel Towel Set, both sealed and single-use, for hotels, hostels and sleeper trains; and The Better Flight Guide, a 21-page digital PDF.

Travel apparel

The NomadPack™ Hoodie has a zip backpack compartment built into the garment, so your essentials travel with you without a second bag.

How we design

Three things decide whether a product makes it into the range.

  • It has to work in a seat you cannot recline. Chin panels, adjustable fronts and raised sides exist because the hard part of sleeping on a plane is keeping your head upright, not softness.
  • It has to earn its space. Our pillows compress into cases of roughly 16 × 10 cm. If something cannot pack down, it does not travel.
  • It has to survive being used. Covers come off and go in the machine. Where washing is not realistic — hotel linen, towels — we made the item sealed and single-use instead.

What we don't do

We do not publish star ratings, review counts or customer totals that we cannot verify, and we do not run countdown timers or "only a few left" messages to hurry you. When we have collected genuine reviews through a review platform, they will appear here with the platform's name attached.

Our products are designed for comfort while travelling. They are not medical devices, they are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition, and individual comfort varies from person to person.

Shipping and returns, in short

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $50 USD or more. Orders under $50 USD are $6.99 USD.

  • Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in roughly 6–10 business days after that — about 7–13 business days in total.
  • A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships.
